About Me

Hi! I’m Mignon! I am a Bilingual/Bi-cultural therapist and have nearly 20 years of experience. I am grateful for my Smith College mentors, my learning via volunteerism in Central America, my Red Cross disaster mental health work, and mentoring new psychotherapists as all of these experiences have shaped the way that I show up for my clients with intentionality, compassion, and presence.

Your healing and wellbeing are my priority and the reason why I chose this second career. I intentionally choose evidence-based approaches that honor intersections of identity and lived experiences that are unique to each client. I am ready to engage in meaningful, solution-focused work and am open to working with you to explore how your life experiences, identity, and thought patterns influence your current challenges.

You may be struggling with recurring patterns of behavior, emotional distress, or life transitions and want greater clarity, balance, and wellbeing. You might be seeking insight, practical tools, and problem-solving skills to better understand yourself and to create healthier outcomes. If you value a collaborative therapeutic relationship where curiosity, reflection, and feedback help guide you to progress, I am here to help.

Taking the step to seek support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a compassionate, culturally aware space where we work together to understand your experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for change. If you’re ready to explore new ways forward, I welcome the opportunity to work together.
