What is Romantic Systems?

Romantic systems work is an approach that focuses on the interconnected dynamics within intimate partnerships. In this work, couples or multiple partners are viewed as a relational system—meaning each person’s behaviors, communication styles, and emotional experiences affect and shape the others. Therapy aims to foster healthier patterns of interaction, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds.

Romanic systems work can include infidelity, communication issues, resolving family of origin differences, sexuality, ethical non monogamy, polyamory, opening up relationships, discernment, and more.
