About Me
I am a Bilingual/Bi-cultural and have nearly 20 years of experience. I am grateful for my Smith College mentors, my learning via volunteerism in Central America, my Red Cross disaster mental health work, and mentoring new psychotherapists. My evidence-based approaches honor intersections of identity and lived experiences unique to each client. As a therapist, your healing and wellbeing are my priority, and the reason why I chose this second career. Clients gain knowledge, insight, as well as assessment and problem-solving skills, that equip them in identifying, and resolving thought patterns, and cycles of behavior with predictable unwanted outcomes. We are partners in this solution-focused work, as goal attainment cannot happen unless we both do our part. My client engagement seeks to embody a healthy curiosity, and a willingness to learn from you, about you. Your ongoing feedback is valued and integral in our work together.
