About Me
Seeking greater self-awareness and healing can be one of the most courageous steps you’ll ever take. Facing life’s challenges isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. My role is to walk beside you as you navigate experiences such as trauma, depression, anxiety, family dynamics, life transitions, and the everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in compassion — a space where you can reconnect with your values, build coping skills, and strengthen your sense of self-worth and self-compassion.
I’m passionate about engaging individuals from diverse backgrounds in services that affirm their resilience and empower them to use their strengths to navigate life’s complexities. A central focus of my work is understanding how systems of oppression leave their mark as personal trauma. I aim to create a space where individuals not only find relief from the pain of these lived experiences but also rediscover their voice and capacity for growth.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply a place to breathe, I’m here to honor your story and support growth at your pace. I offer tools to help shift your perspective — and with it, your day-to-day experience. Therapy can bring deeper understanding of how you move through the world, helping you let go of what no longer serves you and move toward what does.
My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based approaches, and Trauma-Focused care to tailor each session to your unique needs. I work with adolescents, adults, and families, and especially enjoy supporting families through challenging dynamics or periods of change.
Relationships can be difficult to navigate. As a therapist specializing in the family system, I help clients build the skills to strengthen their relationships and improve overall well-being. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and true to you.
