About Me

Hi! I’m Andrea, and I am dedicated to providing professional and compassionate mental health support to individuals and couples. As a practitioner, I aim to foster emotional well-being, enhance relationships, and empower individuals and couples to lead happier, more fulfilling lives.

I work with adults who are diagnosed with mental health disorders (such as depression, bipolar disorder, or mood instability) and/or substance use disorders. Additionally, I support clients who are grieving the loss of a loved one or struggling with complicated grief and bereavement. Many clients also face stressful life circumstances, including financial difficulties, job loss, relationship challenges, family conflict, and housing instability.

Working with me in a session is a collaborative and supportive experience. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. I listen actively, offer empathy, and tailor interventions to meet your unique needs. Together, we explore challenges, identify goals, and develop practical strategies for growth. My approach is client-centered, focusing on your strengths, progress, and well-being, while maintaining trust and confidentiality throughout our work together.

I want people to know that I’m deeply committed to creating a supportive and compassionate environment for those I work with. I believe in the power of collaboration and focus on building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. My approach is holistic, understanding that each person is unique and requires tailored support. I value growth, resilience, and the capacity for change, and I’m passionate about helping others realize their potential and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and strength
