What is Perfectionism?

Perfectionism involves a relentless pursuit of flawlessness and setting excessively high standards for oneself, often leading to significant stress and dissatisfaction. Perfectionism can contribute to various mental health issues, including anxiety and depression. We can  help you recognize and reframe perfectionistic thoughts and behaviors. By fostering self-compassion and realistic goal-setting, we support you in achieving a healthier, more balanced approach to success and self-worth.

When one needs treatment?

    • Setting excessively high standards for oneself or others
    • Fear of making mistakes or being judged by others
    • Experiencing significant stress or anxiety related to performance
    • Difficulty completing tasks due to fear of imperfection
    • Seeking support in developing a healthier, more balanced approach
