About Me
Hi! I’m Leticia. I work with adults of all genders and racial identities. As we journey through life, it’s inevitable that we’ll encounter challenges and struggles. Yet, finding the courage to seek help and engage in meaningful self-exploration can be one of the most profound and transformative experiences. It’s my goal to provide a safe and empathetic space where individuals can embark on their healing journey and nurture personal growth.
Investing in your mental well-being is an act of self-love and empowerment. I am committed to supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges, fostering personal growth, and building perseverance. I believe that each person’s unique experiences shape their journey and that everyone has the potential to lead a healthy, balanced life.
I am committed to empowering individuals of diverse identities to enhance self-awareness, navigate and transcend the obstacles they face, understand the impact of trauma, cultivate healthy relationships, and break free from generational patterns and trauma that may be barriers to the life they desire. With empathy and compassion, I create a safe environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I aim to offer all those I serve the gift of self-reflection, understanding, and lasting change. I’m here to listen without judgment, validate your feelings, and help you navigate life’s complexities. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences, unearth your inner resilience, and develop coping strategies that will serve you in the present and the future.
On this journey I also acknowledge the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. A holistic approach recognizes that our experiences, emotions, and beliefs influence our overall wellbeing. My ultimate goal is to raise awareness about the benefits of seeking support and normalize the therapeutic journey, encouraging everyone to embrace their stories and take the brave step towards a more fulfilling life.
